Sri Lankan Perks to be much more improved comparatively. Seek your opinion.
ReplyDeleteYeah comparing with the other countries we are getting low benefits and it to be improved accordingly. Most of the sri lankan families, both have to work for meet their day today expenses. Becaise of that most of the time they miss their small children and grand parents had to take care of them. Hence I suggest that there should be more paid leave and paternity leave for the employees. Maternity leave and also flexible working hours for mothers should be implemented.
Deleteits really a great thing that compare to last decade the Employee's getting much benefits, and we growing country so may have chance that next genaration employee will get better than this.
